Paul Young Perfectionist 7’6″ 2/2 #5

An excellent Paul Young “Perfectionist” 7’6″ 302 for a #5, 2-piece rod with 2 tips. Serial # 4223. This rod has a half wells grip, with the nice full cork reelseat and two black anodized rings. Superb oxidized ferrules, with the rod constructed in a 3-up node pattern. It appears to be Bob Summers’ handwriting on shaft. Gold wraps, with excellent varnish. This rod has been lightly used at most, with a small amount of grip soiling. This is an excellent collectible rod, and a great example of fine workmanship from this Michigan maker. Full flexing action. Comes in a poplin bag and aluminum tube.
