Hello everyone – just a quick heads up to say that we are experiencing a small email outage which Junior is working on and will hopefully be resolved soon.
The short version of the story is that we’ve decided to move our website to a new server – one that will be considerably faster and hopefully make it more user-friendly. From what Junior tells me our site’s pages should now load more quickly, especially those that have a number of images on them (like our pages for consignment items). As you might have guessed, having big, high-quality photos is really a priority for us because we want to make sure that people are able to get a good look at something before they purchase it. While the new servers are a bit more expensive, we’re hoping that it will be better for everyone in the long haul.
The downside is that the server switch has interrupted our email@example.com email address so if you have emailed us in the last few days, that’s the reason why you haven’t heard back. Hopefully we’ll get it resolved quickly and be back up and running. In the meantime, if you are trying to get a hold of us, feel free to drop a note in the comments of this post, and we’ll try and get back to you quickly.
