One of the things I get a real kick out of is having customers send me photos of places they fish. Of course part of it is just my own curiosity about rivers and so forth, but the bigger reason is that, in a way, I feel like it helps me draw a line from my work building rods here in the shop to the beautiful places that we fisherman enjoy so much, the real raison d’etre of what this sport is all about.
Anyway a customer recently sent me these photos from the Jura Mountain region in eastern France, and I think they speak for themselves. Just beautiful. And you should feel free to send me yours if you have some – customer or not, I’d be happy to put them up.
