An excellent shadow boxed salmon fly tied by Jerome Molloy. This fly is a classic hairwing Green Highlander, done on a large double hook. The origins of this fly go back to the 1860's, as it was listed in "A book on Angling" by Francis Francis. If you've ever been lucky enough to land a salmon on this grand old pattern, then this box should trigger fond memories. This framing measures 12"X10 1/2", perfect for your workshop, fly-tying den, or most any place around the house.
