A gorgeous little Joe Saracione #1 fly reel made for Tom Morgan Rodsmiths, 2 3/4" diameter and set up for RHW. Made in 1995, this reel is marked "Saracione" and "05-1-15" on the reel seat and I believe this was from the first edition of these that Joe made for Tom. Mint, unused condition. The reel weighs 4.7 ounces on my scale and is designed to hold up to a WF3 with backing. Black delrin sideplates with highly polished aluminum rings. Stainless screws. The spools are one-piece aluminum machined from bar stock. The backplate has a nickel silver plate stamped with "Tom Morgan Rodsmiths". The reel comes in a fitted leather case by Arne Mason with TMR's logo stamped on the top as well as the original box. A rare and superb little offering here and perfect for the TMR aficionado.
