A Rolf Baginski "Harmony" bamboo fly rod, 7', 2-piece, 2-tip, and built for a #3/4 line. Serial #1371 inked on the butt along with the model name. The rod weighs 4 ounces on my scale. Medium fast action. Near mint condition with just a few very minor cosmetic signs of use - the rod couldn't have been fished much at all. The rod is nice and straight (though one tip has a counterclockwise twist) and the ferrules seat nicely. Blonde cane done in a spiral-ish node pattern. The main wraps are translucent with dark red tipping (done mid-wrap on the regular guides). Carbide stripper with chrome snakes and tip tops. Swiss style ferrules and the female has been overvarnished giving it a light amber hue. The grip is 6 3/4" in length and is a solid burl wood that's been hexagonally shaped to match the blank and varnished. It also has a front and rear check. The reel seat features a bright cap and ring done over a dark wood spacer. The rod packs into a black cloth bag and non-original cordura tube for safe transport.
