An exceptionally rare Ari T Hart and Stu Apte limited edition set of reels, which includes a Bonefish/Permit reel and a Tarpon/Sailfish reel. 250 of these were planned but only 125 were ever made, making it one of the rare Hart reels out there. These reels are #052 of the set. The reels both feature black anodized frames with gold anodized spools. Both Hart and Apte's signatures are engraved on each backplate along with handsome engraving of the quarry that each reel was designed for. The reels are mint and unused. The drag surfaces feature cork and teflon that create plenty of smooth stopping power. The Bonefish/Permit model is 3 1/2" in diameter with a weight of 11.4 ounces and capacity to hold a WF9 and 350 yards of backing. The Tarpon/Sailfish model is 4 1/8" diameter and weighs 13.1 ounces with capacity for a WF12 with 490 yards of backing. Both reels are set up for RHW. They pack into original black ATH leather snap cases with the ATH design embossed on the flap. A very rare set of reels, perfect for the Ari Hart fan or anyone who appreciates classic saltwater reels!

Shipping Information
- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Other Terms
- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
