Aroner 6' 3/2 #3 Spring Creek Special

This Spring Creek is from a run of rods I did several years ago featuring ultra fine (.046?) tips. I designed it to be the ultimate in light-line, small stream trout fishing, as well as a rod that could be easily packed into remote headwaters. It lays #3 line beautifully and I've fished this same model throughout some of New England's best backcountry brook trout waters. The action is a fast dry-fly. This model is also one of my "specials", meaning that it possesses signature and full intermediate wraps in olive which nicely offset the light blonde bamboo. The hardware is oxodized black and the reelseat spacer is a lovely piece of bird's eye maple. The ferrules are my standard swiss, and the rod also has a hook keeper. It is mint and unfished, as though it left the shop only yesterday.Lastly, this rod comes to me from a friend who suffered severe losses during the recent flooding in Vermont. We have reduced our fees in order to help him get back on his feet (due to this factor we also expect paypal fees to be covered by purchaser, for those who wish to pay via the service).

Shipping Information
- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Other Terms
- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
