Bruce & Walker - Ruby 8'3 4-5wt Hexagraph Rod

For sale here is a Bruce & Walker "Ruby" 8'3" 2/1 4-5wt Hexagraph rod. Made in England. The rod is in excellent condition though it does display some minor superficial wear in areas. All sections are full length. 

The rod features a dark green hexagonal blank with deep burgundy wraps. Bright guides. U-shaped hook-keeper. The decal on the butt remains intact. The full-wells grip is 6 1/2" in length with moderate soiling. Black aluminum down-locking reel seat over a mortised rosewood spacer. Light wear to the seat hardware. The spigot ferrules fit together nice and tight as they should with a 1/4" gap to allow for wear over time. The rod weighs 3.50 oz. The rod has a bamboo-like medium fast dry fly action. Includes the original red velvet bag.
