For sale here is a bamboo rod made by Gary Marshall from the UK -- 8' 6wt Paul Young Para 15 taper.

Our first item received to date associated with our “Let’s Tackle Cancer” cause. A hugely generous donation by that scourge of Icelandic salmon, Spanish trout and anything that swims in BC; our friend and all-round great guy, Mr Steve Lum.

The rod is an 8’0” 3 piece 6 weight by respected UK rod builder Gary Marshall. The rod is based on Paul Young’s Para 15 taper. “Arcap” ferrules (high NS content, salt water resistant), Winston style half wells grip and NS down-locking reel seat in nicely figured sycamore. Complete with rod bag and original rod tube. The rod is in excellent original condition.

Gary currently has a waiting list approaching 18 months so here’s an opportunity to bypass the wait, support cancer charities and save money.
