For sale here is a Hardy Golden Princess First Edition fly reel. Serial no. 049. The reel is in excellent condition with only minor cosmetic wear. One-screw reversible line guard - easily flipped as are the pawls for RHW or LHW use. Currently set up for RHW. The tensioner works great. Comes with the original Hardy blue vinyl zippered case. The reel diameter is 3 1/2" with a spool width of 11/16". The Princess reels hold up to a DT7+50 or DT6+70. The reel weighs 5.55 oz. with backing.

All items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
