An ultra-rare Hardy Perfect fly reel with an auxiliary rim brake, 4" diameter and set up for the typical RHW. Duplicated Mark II check. Nickel silver line guard. Excellent original condition with some finish loss to the frame edge and the edge of the winding plate, and some slight chewing to the spool screw, but very clean overall. The reel is very tight with no spool wobble, and there are no cracks, line burns, chips, or any other issues that I could find. The Mark II check is smooth in both directions and the tension adjuster works as it should throughout its range. Ebonite handle which spins smoothly. The smooth brass foot is full length and measures approximately 3 1/2". No bag. Shipping Information
- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.
