Morgan, Tom / Hoffhines, Rob -- "Streamer Special" Fiberglass Rod

For sale here is a Tom Morgan "Streamer Special" fiberglass rod -- 8'3" 6wt finished by the skillful hands of Rob Hoffhines - quite a combination! The rod is in excellent condition. 

Sanded maroon blank with deep blue/purple wraps with maroon accents at the winding check, signature wrap, ferrules, and tip-top. The full-wells grip measures 6 3/8" in length with only the slightest soiling. Bright nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a cork spacer. Spigot ferrules with a perfect fit as well as a small gap to allow for wear over time. The female is fitted with a fine nickel silver collar for added strength. The rod weighs 3.05 oz. Due to the minimal aesthetic approach that Hoffhines used on the rod, it weighs quite a bit less than other versions of the TMR "Streamer Special". The action is a superb medium-fast. Though labeled the "Streamer Special" the rod would be perfect for late summer hopper-dropper set-ups as well all types of large dries. 

Included is the original bag along with the original maroon powder-coated tube with the "Tom Morgan Rodsmiths" logo engraved on the cap.
