The rod features an unsanded blank with royal blue wraps and bright guides. U-shaped hook keeper. Ceramic stripping guide. Sleeve over ferrules with a nice and tight fit as it should be. The Western-style grip measures 7" in length with only the lightest of marks on the cork. Removable 1 3/8" fighting butt. Black anodized aluminum up-locking reel seat over a walnut spacer. The action is medium-fast by today's graphite standards. The rod is capable of considerable finesse and accuracy while still providing strength and a good deal of power.
