    For sale here is a not often seen Payne fiberglass rod made by South Bend. It comes from the estate of Joseph Bates and was purchased through Oliver's auction. 8 1/2 feet in length, two sections, for a 6 or 7 weight line. Rod is in excellent condition. Comes with original rod bag and tube.
