For sale here is a Pezon et Michel Super Parabolic PPP Fario Club bamboo rod. 2.57 metres, or 8'5" for a 5 or 6 weight line. Made in France. Two sections with two tips, one of which is a replacement from another Fario rod (tip taper measurements are the same). Staggered ferrule set up with original 7 1/2" bamboo plug, a classic characteristic of staggered most P&M rods. The rod is in very good+ condition. The varnish on the wraps has become somewhat brittle with time and will need attention at some point. All guides are secure. There are slight fishing sets in both tips. Emerald green wraps tipped red, typical for Pezon. Blued ferrules with red witness marks on the shoulder. Ferrule fit is perfect. Pezon et Michel made their ferrules on a taper to account for wear over time. U-shaped hook keeper. Ritz style grip with a slight flair towards the rear. The grip is soiled and has a slight chip at the bottom. Anodized aluminum up-locking reel seat. Note, this is a French made P&M, not a Sharpe's or Farlow's rod built on a P&M blank. However, the inked serial number above the grip of "2222" makes no sense to us. Includes original red satin bag. Replacement tube.
Due to the oddities of this rod, someone will be very happy given the price for an excellent and very popular P&M model! A great fishing rod.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
