A nice Ron Kusse fly rod 6'6" 3-piece, 2-tip built for a #3 line. Serial #9541. Very quick DF action. Used but in very good condition. Blonde cane in 3 up node configuration with a handsome swelled butt. Truncated and oxidized swiss ferrules. Tan wraps, brown with maroon edges at the ferrules and tip tops. The 4 1/2" 9 cork grip has been cleaned at some time, and it has a tiny hex shaped nickel silver front cork check and a wood lip at the rear cork. The reel seat is varnished and made of maple. The cap and ring are oxidized with substantial wear to the oxidation. The butt cap is stamped on the reverse of the wrap flat "Ron Kusse, Maker" in the cartouche. The ferrule fits are good and the rod is straight. Comes with a yellow bag with Ron's hang tag. It also has an all brass tube with brass tops.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
