For sale here is a highly desirable Sage 504L fly reel and spare spool. Serial no. 0179. Made in England. This reel was made exclusively for Sage by Hardy Bros. of England. The reel is in near mint condition. The spool is in mint condition, appearing to have never been mounted on a reel. Left or right hand retrieve, currently RHW. Reversible single screw nickel silver line guide. Strong smooth drag with a loud outgoing click. Comes with original suede zippered case with Sage logo. Spool is housed in the original box. This is a wonderful example of this cult classic, the smaller sizes of the series rarely come to market, don't miss out.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
