Sage XP Graphite Fly Rod - Model 697-4

For sale here is a Sage XP Graphite IIIe Model 697-4. 9'6" 6wt 4 pc. Serial no. X28198. The rod is in excellent used condition with normal wear. Sanded green graphite blank with light olive green wraps. Gold and green wraps at the winding check, ferrules and signature wrap. Bright guides. All sections of the rod fit together perfectly. There are no cracks or other defects at the ferrules. U-shaped hook-keeper. The full-wells grip is lightly soiled and appears to have been lightly cleaned but free of chips, hook gouges, or ridging. Black aluminum corrosion-resistant up-locking reel seat over a matching spacer and a 1" cork/foam fighting butt. The action is fast for accurate long distance casting. Includes original bag and tube.
