For sale here is South Bend No. 469 7' 2/1 for a 6 weight line. The rod is in excellent+ restored condition. I believe this rod was made with one tip. All sections are full length and straight. The ferrules are in good shape and fit together nicely. Medium toned cane with brown and black jasper wraps. The South Bend decal on the butt section is 100% intact and very crisp. Bronze colored guides. Replacement aluminum down-locking reel seat with fine wood spacer. Ritz style cork grip. Ferrule fit is excellent. Fast dry fly action. Rod comes with original bag with label. Replacement black cordura tube. A classic "blue-collar" fly rod that deserves to be fished again.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
