For sale here is an A.J. Thramer Signature Hollow Series Combo bamboo rod -- 6'8" 4/2 3-4wt and a 5'8" 3/2 2-3wt. Serial no. S1010. The rod is in excellent+ condition with light wear. All sections are full length with a very slight set in one tip.
Beautifully mildly flamed cane with olive silks. Blued hardware throughout. Agate stripping guide. Ring hook keeper. The full wells grip is 5 1/4" in length with light soiling. Nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a cork spacer. Light wear to the bluing on the seat. The Swiss-style ferrules are size 7/64, 10/64, and 13/64, the fit is excellent. The combo handle for the 5'8" rod features a cigar grip with a nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a koa wood spacer. The cork shows only the slightest of handling marks. The 6'8" configuration weighs 2.95 oz. while the 5'8" weighs 2.55 oz. The full-length action is on the medium side of medium fast; the shorter configuration is medium-fast. Includes the original bag with hang tag and tube with label.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
