Tom Maxwell 6' 2/2 3wt bamboo rod

For sale here is a very attractive Tom Maxwell bamboo rod with the Top Hat logo inked above the winding check. Very darkly flamed! This rod, like some other Maxwells for sale here is in un-fished condition - plastic still covers the grip. 6' 2/2 3wt. Does not have TLM initials near the winding check like the others. The only item to note is a small varnish chip on the outer edge of the top silk wrap on the winding check, and one on the backside too. Both shown in the photos. While these Maxwell rods are not as cosmetically perfect as some of "his" T&T-era work, you will still be hard-pressed to find any nicer Maxwell (Pennsylvania-built) rods in one place.
