For sale here is a size 2/0 Edward Vom Hofe Model 504 Tobique Salmon fly reel. Excellent+ condition.This reel carries the 1902 patent "Edward Vom Hofe Maker -N.Y.-" marked drag knob cover, and has a strong click and fully functional adjustable drag with bright red indicator dots. E197 serial number on the foot -- made in1938. Full-length and unaltered foot. Crack free side plates. The drag is smooth and strong.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.
