For sale here is an R.L. Winston IM6 6'6" 3wt 2pc graphite rod. Serial no. 77697. The rod is in excellent+ condition. Beautiful emerald green sanded blank with matching wraps, burgundy tipping at the signature wrap. Bright guides. U-shaped hook-keeper. Spigot ferrules for a smooth transition of energy and a more streamlined profile. The sections fit together perfectly with a 1/4" gap to account for wear over time. Fine, knurled, bright nickel silver winding check. The reverse half-wells grip is lightly soiled and free of any defect. Bright nickel silver up-locking reel seat with a beautifully figured zebrawood spacer. Etched in the bottom of the butt cap is, "R.L. Winston Rod Co.". The rod weighs in at a lean 2.35 oz. on our digital scale. The action is a bit slower and with more feel than most modern graphite rods.
